- Listed below, you will find our current rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you.
- For 2023 all water used is billed at $5.35 per 1,000 gallons. This amount is raised each January by 3%.
- A base bill of $15.00 plus tax and state fees is charged to each open account requardless of water usage.
- This makes a Minimum Bill for no water usage in 2021 of $16.87
Policies
- Currently a deposit of $45, Connection Fee of $30, photo ID, and previously due balances are required when turning on an existing meter.
- New meter installations begin at $500.
- Our community's water meters are read each month.
